Mineral Source: Madagascar

Measuring 3” long x 3/4” wide, this large, stunning tessin habit quartz crystal pendant has six faces, a balanced shape that tapers to a distinct terminating point. Miniature crystals may be found on 2 of the faces, adding whimsy and structural interest. The mineral is rough on the surface, and a pale gray-pink opaque color that is translucent throughout. When light shines though, the mineral has a “phantom” appearance, without being an actual phantom quartz by definition. The pale appearance does not diminish it’s boldness. Also a tessin habit quartz, the hematite inclusions are what lend it the stunning color.
