This beautiful Tibetan black quartz pendant symbolizes the transition from the initial stage of Nigredo, where all that we know, and have felt comfortable with - but seek to now move beyond in our pursuit to grow - must first die to give way to the next stage of Albedo.

In-between these two stages, we see a clearing of the darkness that has kept us tied to our past. We begin to see more clearly, as we move past old habits, ways of thinking and connection to things that no longer serve us.

The beautiful translucent Tibetan black quartz pendant is mounted on a smooth black suede leather cord.

This particular mineral specimen used has a predominately dark color body with heavy black inclusions concentrated throughout. The structure of this piece is smooth with visible phantoms, inclusions and excellent light play. Horizontal striations are visible on the surface of the specimen.
