New to the SIGIL Iceland Collection, Tibetan Black Quartz is a dark and moody mineral that captures and channels light beautifully. This particular specimen was selected for its overall structure and density of color. Reminiscent of the sky the designer witnessed along Southern Iceland one fall, as a storm approached over the mountains, this pendant embodies the intensity felt as darkness enveloped all light in a matter of minutes.

What is Tibetan Black Quartz?

Tibetan Black Quartz comes from high in the Tibetan Mountains. Due to the altitude, it is said that only the Tibetan people are able to mine for these crystals. Tibetan Black Quartz is a rare Himalayan Quartz Crystal, characterized by black manganese inclusions. Tibetan Black Quartz makes an excellent healing tool, moving even the most stubborn energetic patterns and allowing for full-spectrum Light to bathe the physical vehicle down to the cellular level.

This particular pendant is a structurally outstanding specimen. It has beautiful formations, crystal clear with black inclusions spotted sparsely throughout. is strung on a long, smooth leather cord.

Cord hangs 17” from top of tie to knot. May be shorted by simply retying knot and snipping off excess cord.
