Here, we are gaining our footing and gain confidence in the new life we have forged. We are on our way to entering the final stage, known as Rubedo. It is here that the phoenix rises, the king is crowned, and we have forged the new work that has emerged from our labor. The conclusive stage, this is the realization of our goals. In Rubedo, we have forged the fire that brought us back to our true selves. We have walked the circle and connected with ourselves once again. The work is complete.

Representing this in-between time between Albedo and Rubedo stages is this red-clear quartz pendant. Strung on a smooth suede leather cord, the line between the separated stages are beginning to “blur”. I chose to mention the transition between stages, as I feel it’s important to acknowledge the moments as we move - often without notice - from where we are to where we are going next. There transition between stages need not be painful, nor an abrupt altering to one’s psyche, but rather a smoother movement toward to ultimate goal of coming back to one self by walking - and working - through each stage.
